AVOID THIS APP!!!
Worst app ever! Kung high blood ka, aatakihin ka sa puso sa app na to. Pag open mo palang, OTP na kaagad. Mabagal pa yung processing! 8080 ng developer nito!
Ayusin niyo app niyo
Laging sinasabing blocked yung account ko. inunblock ko using the app, then after, you sent an email daw to my email address. kahit ilang ulit, walang email na dumadating.
Hindi ma open ang app
Nilalagay ko password need daw e unblock profile. So ginawa ko sabi may marecieved na email awa ng Diyos walang email na dumating. Hindi na nga maka withdraw hindi pa magamit ang online bank niyo juskopo haysssss
Slow
Everytime i tried to log in a pop up , "you are using an old version" but if i would try to update in the app store it would pop up again "communication error" or "failed ". Its a very hassle app
My Reviews
I kept on resetting my password. Everytime I try to log in, kept on saying to unblock my profile and email sent on my reg. email address. But when I open my email add, too late na. The link that has been sent is expired already.
Disappointed
This app is frustrating to use. It doesn’t reflect the transactions made in my loan account. Too hassle because it does not give me the option to transfer my savings to another bank.
Too many authentication
This App really gets into my nerve, before using it you must atleast have “big patience” since this app has too many authentication process every pages literally needs passwords even closing only the welcome page needs authentication prior login page.
you need to workout in this especially also to long waiting time to send OTP again.

Freaking useless app
App problem, can’t log in
I can’t log in. It says I’m using an old version of the app, but there’s no update available. It also says my password is incorrect, and I’m not receiving any OTP on my phone number or email. Please do something

Super bagal ng app. Laging nagloloko ang pag generate ng OTP. And ang bagal talaga
Unable to reload account information
I cannot view my account details as it always says "Unable to Reload Due to Connectivit Issues" when there is no problem with my internet connection.
Poor service
Laging hirap makapasok. Walang reel-time update of payments or any records about your loan. Useless!!!

WRONG ACCOUNT NUMBER
I opened a Power Savings Account at the City Savings Bacoor Branch earlier, and I registered for your online banking app, CitySavingsMobile. During registration, I clicked on “SIGN UP WITH MY EXISTING ACCOUNT” and selected “Account Number” since my account number is printed on my Visa ATM Debit Card and Passbook. However, after submitting, it said that the account number was incorrect, even though it’s the same one on my Passbook and ATM Card.
