I definitely do not recommend it! You list a product, and when an order comes in, a customer representative contacts you via the app to say the item is out of stock; they then show you a replacement product—the exact same model—but try to sell it to you at a higher price. It is a total scam; I experienced this repeatedly and finally gave up. I also noticed many times that the leaderboard is full of bots. Never use this service.

I strongly advise anyone starting an e-commerce business to be very careful when using CJ Dropshipping. My experience has been extremely frustrating and has negatively affected my business.
Orders often take a very long time to process and ship. In some cases, items stay in “processing” for many days or even weeks before they are dispatched. This creates a serious problem when selling on platforms like TikTok Shop, where customers expect fast shipping and tracking updates.
Another issue is that communication with agents is inconsistent. Sometimes they promise certain processing times, but those timelines are not respected. When delays happen, it often feels like there is always an excuse rather than a real solution.
Shipping delays from China can cause customers to wait far longer than expected, which can lead to unhappy customers, refunds, and damage to your store’s reputation.
For small sellers or beginners trying to grow their online business, reliability and speed are very important. Unfortunately, my experience with CJ Dropshipping has not met those expectations.

I used to store my goods in their warehouse and TikTok suspended my shop account. Now I am trying to have CJ ship my stuff to my address but can’t get hold of anyone. My goods are worth couple thousand dollar in value.
