I will never use CJ Dropshipping again.
My experience was terrible from start to finish. Shipping was painfully slow, and when my sample finally arrived, I discovered the product was completely unusable because it required a specific adapter that wasn’t included and isn’t even sold by CJ Dropshipping. This wasn’t made clear in the listing, leaving me with a product that couldn’t be used.
Thankfully I ordered a sample before listing it in my store. If I had sent this directly to a customer, it would have damaged my reputation and cost me money.
Based on my experience, the whole process felt misleading and came across like a scam. Selling products that customers can’t use without a required part that you don’t provide or sell is simply unacceptable.
There are far better dropshipping suppliers that are transparent about their products and deliver a much better customer experience. I won’t be using CJ Dropshipping again, and I can’t recommend them to anyone who values their business or their customers.

BAD!
I definitely do not recommend it! You list a product, and when an order comes in, a customer representative contacts you via the app to say the item is out of stock; they then show you a replacement product—the exact same model—but try to sell it to you at a higher price. It is a total scam; I experienced this repeatedly and finally gave up. I also noticed many times that the leaderboard is full of bots. Never use this service.

I am beyond furious with my experience here. I spent $330 total ($230 for product samples plus an insane amount for shipping, and another $100 just to clear customs) because I was planning to stock these items in my store. I needed to verify the quality first, and that was the biggest mistake I could have made.
When the package arrived, the quality was absolutely abysmal. I didn’t just complain; I did my due diligence. I sent them clear, high-definition photos and detailed videos showing every single defect the very next day.
Instead of a refund or any professional support, they treated me like I was stupid. They sent me back four random, low-quality videos dated from completely different days, claiming they "checked" the products and found no defects. It is an insulting, gaslighting tactic to avoid taking responsibility for their faulty merchandise.

I used to store my goods in their warehouse and TikTok suspended my shop account. Now I am trying to have CJ ship my stuff to my address but can’t get hold of anyone. My goods are worth couple thousand dollar in value.
Can’t refund you
This company dosent refund you when a product is out of stock or is discontinued, and if they do refund you it takes up to 4 months

Out of all the outlets to do drop shipping this is one of the easiest one and the more practical one. However, good luck with return items. Shipping takes forever. And they are very helpful but the moment CJ messed up no matter what, they are willing to work with you and give you a refund. It’s a shame.

Very unprofessional experience. After placing my order, they added a $30/hour “labor fee” to pack the goods and couldn’t even tell me how many hours it would be or the final total price. I don’t feel safe doing business with a company that can’t give clear, transparent costs. I decided to cancel and contact my bank instead.

I have ordered many products this year but this company has been by far the worst company I’ve dealt with. I ordered 100 items from here months ago and the items have never shipped. I try to get ahold of customer support and they refuse to give a refund and when I ask when will I get my products they tell me to not worry… what a joke I hope the BBB shuts this down soon so hard working Americans can stop being robbed.
