Fed up
The app has been having issues in which I’ve brought up to support. Their support team really lacks on any help when there’s technical issues. If you need a response you’re in no luck. I can’t even open the app without it freezing. I close the app and whatever video playing- the sound will continue to play even if the app is closed. I rely on this app to make money. But I can’t even access what I need to via messages or groups because the app is constantly laggy or freezes. I did the app update and I’m not sure even what these app updates are improving. When I get a response from “clapper support” it’s always “ohhh it must be a connection issue” mind you, I use several different apps for work and they all function just fine. I’m not sure why this happens to be the slowest app ever but it’s really pushing creators away when we can’t even access the app to begin with. I spoke with another creator recently who mentioned she couldn’t use the app for 3 months! Clapper needs to step up and do better. Because why it is that apps like Instagram function normally but this app is like dialing for internet connection. I hate to leave a bad review but we’re tired of this! I’ve been on the app since 2022 and it shouldn’t be functioning like this. I’m aggravated!
