Pretty but useless
This is a very poor mobile banking app. The biggest issue is that the mobile product seems to be completely different than the same site on a desktop. Why doesn’t it validate other clarien accounts? Why do I have to manually select my source account currency? Call centre tells me that nobody answers the messaging feature on mobile because it doesn’t work. Why can’t I view my pending transactions?
The app looks great but it’s so feature poor i’m forced to use the website instead. It’s funny because before the big upgrade the mobile app was ugly but completely functional

Perfect! Nice, easy and quick!
App is Unreliable
The app worked sometimes until it asked me to add Face ID. Once I added Face ID it stopped working altogether. Can’t even get it to open on my phone. Only get white screen. Tried uninstalling it, but still getting same result.
Great, when it works
App constantly has “technical errors”. Authentication also frequently fails despite showing an “approved” authentication in the Clarien iSecure app.
