Being able to complete transactions on the weekend in 2026 is a MUST. PLEASE, for the love of all that is good and pure, step into 21st century banking ànd step it up
App has less function than traditional online banking access

Limited functionality - ca 15years behind the times
Why can’t it be sufficient in day to day banking with just the app but need the website to set up transferees, get statements, etc?

App needs to be upgraded and there should be an increase in the offering of banking options and products available
Clunky app
Totally useless Ux. needs major overhaul. You need to go onto desktop site to add new payee. I’ve used HSBC apps in other countries and know they can do better.
