The app keeps logging me out for no good reason reason
The app need to stop logging me out every other day!
Very user unfriendly
Pretty useless app. We’re forced to use it by our employers for business trips. It is clunky, poor value and a pain to use.
One wrong tap and all is gone
25 seconds lost to redownload and resynchronise the data of one (1!!!) trip every single time you change tab. Why can’t you save it the first time it’s downloaded?

Nice app design…excellent usability
Really like the fact that you can add train tickets to the Apple Wallet which will also sync to the watch. App is easy to use / navigate. Had an issue whereby the app wouldn’t work at certain times of the day, but found the issue was to do with my home WiFi environment, and loads fine using mobile data / other WiFi networks. Looking forward to the new features coming soon!

Used to work fine 3 months ago. Now when I open it, just shows a bunch of grey boxes and takes literally minutes to load any of my trip information.
I updated and it now takes 20 seconds to show literally anything in the app. Still not good enough. Why not cache it?

Great app, easy to use
Use this for staff travel and it’s intuitive, straight forward and simple to use. Nice navigation, interface and overall user experience. Quick too!!
