Tons of app errors
Looks like they have code to fix as as there a a bunch of application error output when navigating the app. Hope they fix it, my favorite cinema chain.

Not a bad app for my favorite theater chain, but apple wallet will not import the rewards id and purchased tickets do not work with apple wallet. Perhaps this is something they are working on but in the meantime it should not be listed as a feature.

Buying tickets
Trying to buy tickets off this app is impossible! Always getting an error code or an access denied page
App needs work
I tried to login but the resolution is so big on the sign in screen I can’t get to the entry fields
ACCESS DENIED
I’m been trying to secure tickets to see Final Destination and upon completion of picking out my seats to checkout it won’t let me pay for the tickets. It keeps saying ACCESS DENIED !!! I purchased before AND NOW ITS NOT GIVING ME ACCESS TO PURCHASE MY TICKETS !!! WHAT IS GOING ON ???!!!

Gave it a 3 but would be a 4 is corrected. App is UTD and running on latest iOS version 18.2. Weird graphical glitch which appears zoomed in & distorted making it unusable. Normally a somewhat user friendly app.
Constant Java errors
This app can’t be that hard but I find it consistently unusable. Bummer having to divert to the website.

Bad app
Downloaded the app. When I get to the screen for picking a seat, it won’t let me pick a seat. The seat section is so small you can’t read anything or pick a seat, and I can’t expand the screen.
Pretty slow
The app is pretty slow and I had to wait a good amount to open my account to scan my rewards
