Great service

They do a quality job and are very prompt! Only thing I’d say is they could do a better job with communication via text & app. Other than that, they did a great job and I was pleased. Will be using them in the future

A good and reliable laundry service

My roommates and I used cleanblink each month after moving to midtown east. Unfortunately the stopped serving our zip code but we wanted to share how much we enjoyed the service for the price point/ease. Not too expensive and clothes were always picked up/delivered in a timely fashion. No lost clothes either. We feel that people only post reviews when things go really poorly so we wanted to let people know we personally had a very good experience and they will be missed!

DO NOT USE - THEY OVERCHARGE

This company overcharged me by 10 pounds of laundry - the bill I received was much higher than my usual laundry costs, so checked the weight of the laundry myself, and realised they had overcharged me by 10 pounds. Upon calling customer service, they were incredibly rude and essentially accused me of lying. will definitely not be using again.
