Don’t clean for them
I did a job for Clester on April first they still have not got paid. When I call them, they don’t answer the phone because they know it’s me calling. I reached out to them email someone finally contacted me maybe roughly after two weeks and ask questions as if they were interested about me not getting paid. I did the work April 1 today is June 25 and I still haven’t gotten paid or heard anything from them but they keep sending me request to do other jobs and have the audacity to call and ask me what I go and clean for them. I had to seek legal help that I am now working on. It is ridiculous.

Not paid
I picked up on a job 4 days ago still haven’t gotten paid. I drove 35 mins there & back used my own supplies for $65.00 just wasn’t worth it & not getting paid yet is very disappointing.
Not a good company
I did a job with them last year and my same issue as everyone else . I did the job took photos of everything payment was delayed they said due to an issue with the person who’ve booked the cleaning . I didn’t get paid for like a month of 2 from the job until I kept hounding them for my money each time they would text me begging me to take another job . One day they text me asking me to take a job I told them I’m not doing nothing else until I get my money from the first one . I got paid a few days later but haven’t did a job for then since . Homeaglow is a bit better can set your own rates as well

Pay
The fact that you have to wait so long to get your pay is diabolical. They won’t answer you unless you have a job and why does it say in transit for so long I have early pay so as soon as it’s sent I receive it. They need to fix there payment method and how it’s given out. I take these jobs for the extra money not to wait weeks to get it I have a full time job for that.

Haven’t got my last 3 payments!
When I first started using this CleansterPro it was somewhat alright, sometimes my payments were late by a day or two, Now I haven’t got paid for any cleanings I’ve done! The past couple cleanings I’ve done no payment! I keep contacting by email and phone and text (idk if they even get them) and I get no response or no straight answer on why I am not receiving my payments. And then they want to keep calling me asking me to take over when someone didn’t show up and it’d be way far from my location and say they’d add additional $10, even though I still haven’t got paid for my other cleanings. It’s been over 2 months for me not getting paid.(and another no payment from about 2 years ago!) I honestly just don’t know what to do with this situation anymore.

Don’t use
Don't use them; they don't pay the cleaners. They collect the money—since the client has to pay before the cleaning—but they don't pass it on to the cleaners, and if you send an email, they even reply rudely.
Don’t waste your time
They don’t pay you for jobs you complete. A serious waste of time and money!
Scammers
I paid for criminal records check and my account is not active. They also don’t answer any call or chat requests.
It doesn’t work, there is no support
I’ve been asking for a week to be corrected and verified the phone. Writing to support and there is no answer
Zero Cleaner Support
I completed a job and it’s been over two months of calling them texting them even filing a complaint at the BBB and nothing back. Not one person has called me back. I only see in the app that the payment is in progress yet to no avail. Terrible experience.

Horrible company
It’s takes months to get paid for jobs and don’t bother trying to call the company because it’s just a number to leave a voicemail and no response whatsoever back from them.

They are not even in state.. terrible to many problems with app , with the owner and the price by sq not even knowing the shape of the house did background never got my background had to make claim with my bank

Es un total desastre, no puedo entender como esta apps puede operar en USA, necesita fiscalización o revisión por el departamento de trabajo

Don't work with them.
Very frustrating experience. Payment has been pending since May 24, and despite multiple calls and messages, I have received no response from support. The status shows “In Transit,” but the money has not arrived. Communication and support need significant improvement.
