Don’t trust. Don’t recommend.
First of all I purchase one subscription of 90 days and ensured it was not recurring. Then suddenly they charged me seven months later out of the blue without any warning. I’d be very careful with your card details being provided to this company. They have since refunded me but only after forward and back and then offering “50% gesture of good will”. Like hell.

Excessive permissions
Absolutely no reason to ask to find Bluetooth devices on my network apart for data harvesting. Shame on you.
Typically impossible to cancel subscription
Don’t you just hate it when apps hide this info? The app is ok, but expensive and it didn’t work for the reason I signed up. But it makes me mad that i can’t cancel easily. Can it be legal?

Update sucks
I love the app, great way to go to sleep, but the new update has everything so small I can’t read it with my glasses on let alone after I’m in bed ready to hit play with my glasses are off. Seriously needs to go back to the old format.

Surprising for a hypnotherapy app tbh, had a live chat function. Solved an issue with Facebook login for me, in minutes. Thanks a ton!
Watch out!
I signed up for trial then unsubscribed, which thru said you can do at anytime, they then repeatedly two or three times daily emailed me, tried to take money from my back. I have replied to them numerous times to say I’ve unsubscribed I’ve gotten my bank to block them from taking payments. They continue to try. I’ve emailed them to say to their info@ address and it’s just ignored.

I have purchased programs and am constantly having issues accessing them. And now the app won’t even open. Frustrating to say the least in particular when you are trying to use it to ease anxiety
Dreadful app technically
I cannot think of a worse app technically. Locks you out, loses your subscription: ironic to provide o much stress when some of the hypnotherapy is very good.

Pretty good hypnoses when you can use it but the app ends up logging you out randomly, when I try use the ‘Apple login’ it doesn’t do anything. Despite me paying for subscription ongoing it won’t let me on using my Apple account. Everytime this happens I can’t find any way to get help and this causes frustration and wastes a day of using it. So have had to delete the app and cancel subscription

So helpful and supportive
I am surprised and delighted and relieved tbh ! I’ve quit smoking so many times and this time was so so much easier and feels much more permanent. So is my journey with drinking, I haven’t committed to complete sobriety but have noticed a massive change in my daily habits and culture around drinking. Every time I do have a wine I feel like disinterested and like it’s not going to be long before I just don’t want it anymore. This is using the hypnosis often, it’s not been as quick as I imagined but it feels very deep. Highly recommended

Negative suggestions ,,,
As someone who studied a Diploma of hypnosis I am amazed at how many negative suggestions are in these recordings.
Can’t believe it worked
Bought the alcohol aversion package without really believing it would work. I can’t believe it, haven’t wanted to drink since - now almost 3 weeks in.
No reply to contact request
Sent in a request for review of incorrect billing and never received a response. Would provide a better review if costumer service was supportive.
