Cleco does a decent job of keeping the power on but there are too many power surges and temporary outages.

$400 + a month is highway robbery. I live alone no small kids at home. This is ridiculous! The only thing I like is this app letting me know ahead of time how much my bill is.

The app has limited functionality. The way it compares bills past and current. Will not allow you to truly see the payments you made.

Saved payment
Every time I use app to make a payment, it will never use my saved account. It will say No saved payment. Click OK and go back and all the payment information “again”, click submit and it works. I put two payment types in payment options. Why does it never work?? What’s the purpose of saving a card and you still have to type everything single thing every time???

Bad service
It is impossible to get to a representative when there is a need. Literally hours after sending a power outage and no one has responded. No bad weather, and affects a 3 phase unit cooling several elderly. Would be nice to be able to reach someone when in need!!
Refuses to resend Draft to bank
There is a difference between sending a ach draft and a debit card . The system requested the wrong type of payment. Cleo wants to change me a fee

Won’t allow you to add a credit card. Over and over!
Doesn’t work
App did not recognize me or my account. App did not show outages; my house was without power! App would not let me report an outage!
Convience
I can make a payment anytime that is convenient for me and no waiting in line or on the phone and it’s no fees associated.
Best App Ever
I love this app. It’s so convenient. I can make payments any time I need or want. I especially love the outage notifications. I never have to worry about service because restoration of service usually is around the time they estimated, if not sooner.

Can't get them to take out auto pay, all info is correct!!!!!

Why can’t I see my Home bill on here?
Why should I have to switch to papers building to be able to view my bill that I can send to my home on here if I can’t see that then this app is useless.
