We switched to kyc because of Mark Johnson We are loving the news team.
Nice app, but…
I like having access to Cleveland news, especially when I’m traveling. However, the stories aren’t dated and sometimes are several days old. I don’t mind the older stories. However, I’d like to see the date when they were posted prominently displayed.
Bring back the old app
Hate the new WKYC app. So much of what was there is gone. No ability to look at news by area. The Indians section used to show the schedule, the standings, the current major league scoreboard - now there’s none if that.
WKYC’s app now looks like the generic NBC apps across the country - lousy.

You need a chat box for UCSS
I love the live show for UCSS, but can we get them a chat option so I don’t have to go back and forth from YouTube and the Channel 3 Apt, PLEASE???!!!!

It’s a Very Meh App
The app runs very smoothly but the problem it has zero detailed functionality. If I want to look up sports stories I have to scroll and hope it’s the next one. If I government or entertainment, again, just scroll and hope you get lucky on the next one.
They moved The Ultimate Cleveland Sports Show here from YouTube and on YT I could easily find the videos I wanted to watch but here again just scroll and get lucky because the videos tab is wildly unhelpful cuz again it’s just random videos.
TLDR; if you don’t use the app often it’s fine but if you need to find specific information it’s impossible because there is zero organization or categorization of information from the user that we can filter

Audio issues
I have to stop using. The commercials are twice as loud as the broadcast. It hurts my ears. (Firestick)

Trying to find UCSS on this site is impossible. It is like WKYC does not care. Forget it
This used to be my favorite
I really liked the older version of this app, it would allow me to use my iPad and the app would rotate with the iPad. Now it is only viewable in the vertical mode, which is inconvenient. So I switched to another channels news app as my primary. If they can fix the issue, I will be back.
App no longer works on TV
I notice the upgrade to the app on my mobile, but the app is no longer working on my smart TVs. I tried updating, deleting and reinstalling the app on 2 my TVs; but still not working. I LOVE watching the GO! Team each morning, but now I can’t. Any thoughts on what to do?
Version 50.8.3 still won’t show in landscape
Newest update still doesn’t work in landscape mode on an iPad. Not worth the hassle so deleting.

Latest update now makes this app a partial screen instead of full screen mode. Unacceptable. I will now go to channel 5 app which gives me full screen mode.

Was my go to. Somehow it has gotten too complex. Very difficult to bring up “watch now”. Tried FOX 8. So much easier to use. Sorry to say goodbye to Betsy. I’ll really miss her forecasts.
DVR FUNCTION
The Dvr function quit working weeks ago I enjoyed watching the morning crew when ever I could get to it.
