Integrated problem

We’ve been with Clientbook for about 2 years now. In the beginning it was bad, nothing worked as functioned. As a startup you expect these things, but years later we still have many of the same issues. It still does not work at all on android devices and limits a lot of basic functionalities you’d expect in 2026.

Atrocious CRM

Absolutely abysmal piece of software. I am plagued with glitches that range from minor annoyance (formatting issues when copy pasting/unable to see text box when trying to type) to absolutely soul crushing (it has deleted MY ENTIRE CLIENT LIST 3 times now).

Our entire office experiences this and we are all extremely unhappy with this program.

Very buggy app

App continues to have bugs, coworkers and I have to frequently delete and reinstall app to get it to work.
Messaging feature works when it wants to.
The web based version of Clientbook is great, but their app is terrible.
Fill out a help ticket, get asked a million questions send them screenshots and continue to have issues.
It is extremely frustrating dealing with luxury goods/clients and having the same issues over and over again. A fifth grader could build a better app with less bugs.

Not friends lately

We have been having some progressing issues with the application including compatibility with other mobile devices that are not apple products - 2 sales associates have Galaxy phones and the service has diminished since the update. Sometimes it seems near possible to send images to customers for merchandise and products they are inquiring about as well as just getting reminder messages to customers that their jobs are complete
