This would be awesome if it consistently worked

I’ve had two pair of these gloves had to return the first because the app wouldn’t control the right glove, now with the new gloves the app won’t control the left one after 2-3 weeks. I love it when it works but now it’s just frustrating.

Battery drainer

Great app, however the app eats battery like there is no tomorrow. The background usage just drains the phone! Until it is fixed, every time I finish using the app, I kill it manually

Light of LED is not acceptable

I was using the Härkila Jacket for Hunting. But the LED Light is visible for the wild animals. To the developer of this jacket, have you ever made a customer analysis? Which hunter should buy this jacket, knowing that in the coldest winternight it’s not possible to use the heating due to the LED. 470€ but useless. Sorry, please fix this in the clim8 app immediately. The dimming doesn’t work enough.

Important feature missing

Connectivity and functionality with Härkila jacket working fine but could you please implement a feature to turn off LED on jacket (not just dimming it)? Feedback blinks would be fine though. But it is highly annoying to be visible at night.

what is the actual battery percentage?

I cannot get an accurate read from this app on how much battery life is left. i drain the battery down, 3%. i plug it in overnight, 3% and heating the jacket. i sent an email about a week ago, got a questionnaire, filled it out, no response.

Convenient and functional

I have a pair of gloves and mitts as well as a jacket that are equipped with climb8 technology. This app works very well as long as you have no
pairing issues. If you do, you can conveniently contact support through the app and you’ll get a response generally the next day. I have been very pleased with how my products function and the timely support from customer service. The only significant negative i see with this app is that my battery deceases excessively if the app is left running in the background. So remember to close it after making adjustments. Otherwise 5 stars.

Bildschirm bleibt weis

Trotz mehrfacher Versuche keine Verbindung zur Härkila Weste.
Nachtrag: nach zig versuchen konnte die Verbindung hergestellt werden.Weste wird im Piktogramm nicht angezeigt beim Tippen auf die Weste bleibt der Bildschirm weis. Keine Einstellungen möglich.

Great customer service

I was having trouble registering my product on the app. It kept me in a loop. I reached out to the tech service and Alex answered within a few hours. The problem was not immediately resolved but Alex was quick to get it fixed on their end and emailed me back the next morning.

These gloves are the real answer!

Love love love my new gloves! I get painfully cold fingers and they kept me warm on my first run today! I am so grateful for a good answer to my frigid fingertips.
