Can’t Schedule
Worked fine for a couple of years but now the app scheduling feature has stopped working. Probably time to toss out the plugs and change to a different brand

Deleted my account w/o notice
Can’t even request log in, can’t get a new account. Sold me a camera with a useless app they don’t maintain or allow you to keep an account to use.
Stopped working
I have 4 plugs and suddenly 3 out of 4 of them refused to connect. Now the last one stopped working as well. Complete waste of money. What is up with all of these “smart” device companies completely abandoning their products. Had a similar thing happen with a “smart” bulb
Scheduled Settings
Set up schedules for my plugs and they worked fine until daylight savings. Now they don’t follow the schedule at all even though the app reflects the correct time. Useless.

Unable to change schedule
Trying to change schedule does not work. Always falls back to the previous schedule. Bad product. Don’t buy.
