Can’t even request log in, can’t get a new account. Sold me a camera with a useless app they don’t maintain or allow you to keep an account to use.
Stopped working
I have 4 plugs and suddenly 3 out of 4 of them refused to connect. Now the last one stopped working as well. Complete waste of money. What is up with all of these “smart” device companies completely abandoning their products. Had a similar thing happen with a “smart” bulb
Scheduled Settings
Set up schedules for my plugs and they worked fine until daylight savings. Now they don’t follow the schedule at all even though the app reflects the correct time. Useless.

Unable to change schedule
Trying to change schedule does not work. Always falls back to the previous schedule. Bad product. Don’t buy.

App does not sync with plug state
The status of the smart plug is incorrect reported in the app. The light connected to the plug is on but the app reported as off.
Automation is not working as well, I want to turn off and turn on a plug but it does not work. The plug stays off and unable to turn itself on. The irony is when I create the same automation in Google Home, it works perfectly.
Using in app reporting also not effective as no one responds.
