The worst app you’ve ever used it’ll stop working for a year at a time and nobody knows how to fix it. Really ridiculous.

First time using Clove Lake Car Service and the service was excellent; efficient, on time, and wonderful driver, Mike. The App was very convenient. Highly recommend Clove Lake Car Service.
Nonsense
There’s no way for them to take payment over the phone and the physical card needs to be there because of fraud which isn’t true cause they take Apple Pay which isn’t having the physical card .. also as if someone can’t dispute the charge when they pay in car. My sister was having car trouble after picking her son up from school so I was ordering a cab home for them. The dispatcher was extremely rude implying I’m some sort of criminal trying to steal from them. So then I asked him if he’d be able to change the drop off location so I could come out and pay to which he said no and that all he can do is cancel the ride

I have tried several times to set up this app. Both on my phone and I pad. The installation process will not go any further than sending you a security code to install.

My sister forgot baby blankets and children’s toys in the trunk of the car, and when I called the company, the manager contacted me and replied that the things were there. When I went to the company’s office, I did not find anything. I left my number and a message to communicate with the company, and the employee told me that we would deliver her home, and that’s it. It did not happen, and I called several times and did not find any results or the things of the children and I wanted a solution

The best cab service in STATEN Island
I live right next to a cab service and they do not compare to this cab service the drivers are so nice, the ride is smooth, the pricing is decent.My only problem is they take a long time to pick you up but 10/10 would recommend this cab service

I’ve been taking this car service for over 17 years and the service that’s being provided naw is disgusting these people who can barely speak English pulls up with attitude and talk to your crazy always speeding driving crazy clove lake really get this service together paying customers shouldn’t have to deal with attitude from the driver

Worst company!
Literally worst company on the island, not car service but company. People in the office are so rude. Only reason I use them sometimes is cause you can order a car on the app. Only good thing is they are cheaper than Uber and Lyft but lots of times you will have to wait a long time so I just pay the extra money for Uber.

Terrible experience, poor showing of business.
Ordered can hours in advance. Finally arrived 49 minutes late, complaining of traffic at nearly midnight. Then had the gall to ask for extra tip upon drop off. Unacceptable way to conduct business, will not use again.

Useless Garbage
It won’t let you add a credit card so it’s absolutely worthless. It lets you put all the info in but then when you tap to finish it says “Oops something went wrong try again”. Garbage and a total waste of time.

Extremely racist, would not come into my community for pick up which resulted in me loosing my job. Very rude and disrespectful dispatcher, lied about why the cabs where being cancelled and proceeded to purposely not answer my calls. Would not recommend for anybody just call matamoros 👍🏾.

Friendly drivers, only problem is:
Takes 20 minutes - a hour to get a car. They only come if there in the area??? Your a cab service if I book a car it shouldn’t frequently take a hour every time. Still affordable prices and let you pay cash in cab.
