My opinion on this taxi service

i honestly like newport but they have a habit of canceling my rides for no reason and then sometimes they don’t call when they have arrived or sometimes they switch up their drivers.

First off it takes 40 minutes just to get a cab and when you don’t wanna wait and cancel the order they do not refund you your money back instead they give you a freakin dollar back when you’ve paid 16 this isn’t the first time this has happened don’t use this app they’re all scammers
