MANUAL CARD ENTRY
typing in the card works fine until you get to the CVV. This opens the entire keyboard and when you press anything it picks a random number to add. Ridiculous bug, please fix asap! I will update my review
Unable to update image and show on kiosk toggle button unavailable
After the recent updates , unable to update the item inventory via the app . The show on kiosk toggle button and the image upload option is unavailable in the app . Earlier it was easy to update the image in the kiosk by using the app . Now we have to always use the web dashboard to upload. Also for each update on the kiosk, we have to rely on web dashboard and the clover to app doesn’t have the function shown . It’s hidden

Awful terrible app
Truly a terrible app with so many bugs and glitches.
Good but not great
After the recent updates, multiple reports like Discounts and Removed Items are not working on the app. Clover also has pretty constant outages that affect our business by causing orders to get lost or deleted when their servers are down.

The fees are constantly changing. And you can only remind about an invoice one time, and no option to resend an invoice. I’ll be switching to something different soon.
Always updating for the WORST
Every time the app updates they seem to mess up features and actually make it worse. Just leave it alone if you’re not improving things.

Hold money for no reason
AVOID THIS COMPANY they are going to make excuses to hold your money as long as they can!! If you like your money transfer to your bank asap then don’t use this clover stealing app
Frustrating
This app has given me all sorts of headaches. The latest one is that my passcode doesn’t allow logging in. Changed the passcode and still not working. I wouldn’t recommend!
App won’t open
Ever since the update the app won’t open, I’ve installed and reinstalled numerous times. Stop updating the app so often with meaningless changes.
Online order hours
In online order hour section, it must be 15 minutes gap between 2 times but now it’s 30 minutes gap

The fees go from $24 to $123 to $61. No reason they can give you. If you want to cancel they told me we could or may charge you for 60 days!! After you cancel. Also you may or may not be charged an etf, maybe… we may waive it or we may charge your account $750. I wish I wasn’t telling you the truth. 100% DO NOT recommend.
