Firing orders plssss
I made like 3 other review but plssss add firing orders button so we can send orders to the kitchen off our iPads this saves us time. It’s called “clover go pos “ for a reason now add a firing order button !!!,!
Scam
They called me acting like they were Squarespace & scammed me out of $55 for signing up for there platform
Wish I could go back
I would not have upgraded if I’d known what a pain this would be. It keeps logging me out so I have to get a code partner where I used to stay logged into the phone app. It does this in spite of checking the option to stay logged in for 14 days.

I love clover it’s very easy to use and helps me navigate my business

They took away the ease of use in reports. Now I have to navigate through a non-intuitive menu and type out the entire dates and times instead of the easy to use calendar I was using with them last week.
Great all around
Clover go has great customer service the machines work. They are easy to use and intuitive. We have used three different providers in the past and this is the one we recommend we take a lot of credit cards over the phone so I need to have a low no swipe fee and I get that. I like 24 hour customer service and our customers like this system better which means they come back and they buy more.

I canceled my Clover services in March. Clover instructed me to return all the hardware, which I did. I was then told that my services would be canceled.
However, Clover continued charging me month after month even though I am no longer using its services and do not have any of its hardware. When I contacted customer service, I was told that my account was still active and that this was why they could continue charging me.
I believe this is extremely unfair and misleading. If I followed their instructions, returned all the equipment, and was told the service would be canceled, I should not have continued to receive monthly charges.
My experience with Clover’s customer service has been very disappointing. I would not recommend this company based on how my cancellation was handled. Be careful, keep records of all cancellation requests, and confirm in writing that your account has been fully closed before returning any equipment.

Peace of mind
