Hate the latest update
The latest update is absolutely terrible. It makes you do a 2FA code EVERY time you login, whether you tap the option to remember your device or not. The 2FA screen is also poorly designed and won't autofill codes properly from the iPhone keyboard so you have to manually type in every number, and the 2FA screen is oversized so you have to awkwardly scroll the screen. The app has never been great but now it's even worse. If you're considering using AMEX for Business Checking just understand this isn't a serious product.

Update rendered this app useless
Two factor authentication is being required even though I try to have it remember device or turn on Face ID. I also can’t see the detailed transactions! When I click on the account, it takes me to the normal Amex app where I already have a different business account. Fix your damn app!!
Sign on is glitching again
Every single time i sign on I have to 2FA verify even though the previous sign on i clicked on “remember this device”.
I have face ID and still have to reverify literally every single sign on. User friendly thrown right out of the window. please fix

Doesn’t work properly
The app is not intuitive. It doesn’t recognize any of your credentials when you login after the initial login. After you’ve set it up with all your credentials (username and password) .. you’re in but if you logged out and try logging in again, it tells you that your credentials are invalid. Take it from me, you’ll have to create new credentials each time you want to use this app.

Zelle just landed.
Not a fan of the blueprint app but Zelle has finally been added to Amex business checking! Business checking has been added to native Amex app! Two super great additions. Love.
