At an airport that is big and a bit scary for both driving and parking-the app helps calm my travel fraught nerves. Hope one day the app institutes Apple Pay. Better travel with than without this convenience
Could be better
Only gripe is it doesn’t move past reservations out of your immediate view, for us that travel almost weekly, we have to scroll to the end or sometimes the middle to find your upcoming reservation.

I always pre book parking via this app. Significantly cheaper than day of.

Could be better since flight notifications don’t work and it keeps glitching and logs me out even though i have the remember me checked I almost missed my connection due to this app giving me the wrong gate and didn’t update it not impressed by a giant airport that gives wrong gate notifications and flight notifications that don’t work if it changes I’ll edit for another star :(

This was the 2nd time I had to pay the full amount to exit, after prepaying for parking. We accidentally put our entry time as pm instead of am. There was no effort to help us and customer service was unkind and inflexible. Feels like a scam.

What rubbish app!
Account creation is as basic as it gets. Why can’t you allow to modify auto generated passwords on iPhone????? Why can’t you view what password has been created during account creation process?
