what a terrible set up with god awful UX.
App
Add a crowd meter and not letting people on silver sneakers add anything else like the Pilates isn’t right. I might just have to go to another gym just because of that. Why are we limited to the live classes?
Took away feature
There is no longer shortcuts. The app is bad and annoying. Why force us to use this instead of integrating into the wallet app.
Won’t let me cancel membership
It should be theft if someone cancels an account and they keep taking money!
Can’t Access Workouts
So, the first month the app was exactly what I needed. Then all of a sudden I couldn’t access any of my previous workouts, couldn’t log a new workout, half the buttons are entirely useless.
The Customer Care phone line gets you nowhere, tells you to talk to your local gym about the app, but they have no control over the app or any ability to help with it. Not their fault.
I just want to log my workouts and be able to see what I did last time.

The app of bugs
I just need the app to do what it’s intended to do and it can’t even do that. Whoever is on contract to upgrade and maintain this app should be fired. Quit cutting development costs on this app and make it so we can use it.
App is the worst
Being required to have the app to use the barcode, and it being so incredibly difficult to even open the QR code is ridiculous. I have to tap the barcode option MULTIPLE times every times, it’s incredibly delayed, and once I get it open the barcode needs to refresh. For having to get rid of the physical barcode for the app, and it not to work, is incredibly frustrating. The app has been updated and redone various times, and still cannot function at the bare minimum.

Reset Password does not work
About once a month I randomly get logged out. On top of this even though I am typing in the right email and password it doesn’t work, and I am forced to reset password. When I do this I receive no email and have to go through the people at the front desk.
Terrible App
The doesn’t let me use my membership that I’m paying $50 for. Been trying to get it fixed for a week. By far the worst login and membership system I’ve ever dealt with

App Works Great!
Obviously there are some negative reviews but I can say that it must have all been fixed. The app works great! Accessing the club with the QR code works for me without issues.

I went up and canceled my account it apparently didn’t cancel so it just racked up a bill on my account
Can’t access this app
I have tried several times to gain access to this app. My credentials are not working and I have tried multiple times to reset my credentials and no link is ever sent to me.
Another Club Fitness App?
Another app I have to download? For what? Can we go back to having a card that I can add to my key ring? And then you scrape information? Who are you selling it to? This app is horrible.
Useless App
I’m literally unable to even login into the app to get access to my barcode to access the gym. Password resets don’t work and logins fail 100% of the time with the correct username and password. I will be cancelling my membership and going to another gym.
god this is awful
this app is just useless at this point. the barcode/QR code doesn’t work when you need it to, i can’t even book classes half the time because the app has an error (but i can see other people have booked soooo). bring back the keyfobs and bring down the prices.
Won’t let me log in
This app is such a hunk of garbage that I can’t even log into it, I have my email, username, and password. Username confirmed by the site for club fitness, password reset with the site. This worthless app will not let me sign in no matter what.
