Pointless - it doesn’t work, can’t even get past the opening screen with my name on. App doesn’t respond.

Have been using this app for my gym for six years. Always works perfectly never had an issue.
Works well but interface is poor
Very useful app that seems to work well - but needs a total rethink in terms of UX and design… very confusing to use and not functional as a reliable tracker of bookings, etc. A pity. Hopefully newer versions will improve things.

Been using the past 12 months for my gym and it coundnt be better. Makes it a lot easier to get in and see what classes and stuff etc.
Great all round app
We’ve been using Club Link for a while now and it’s been superb, easy to use for our members with lots of functionality for us on the back end too, plus the customer service team have been excellent. Highly recommended A1.
Rubbish
Not worth the time and energy, wouldn’t even let me type in my own phone number when that is what it was asking me to do, waste of time for anyone else downloading. Don’t recommend
Wish I hadn’t bothered
Downloaded the app then read the reviews quickly deleted and checked the email from the club, I have to use the app to get an up to date timetable. Downloaded again tried to add member and told my phone number wasn’t registered and that was the only way to proceed. In the meantime the app sent me 8 verification codes in less than a minute. Not good deleted again. Will find another way.

Not working properly
I can book classes if there is space but the app cannot book waiting list places it says click here but there is no button… no way to contact them. Bit useless.

I am unable to log in with my mobile number to access my membership, keep receiving verification codes but the screen doesn’t let me verify my mobile number.
A message pops out saying NO CLUBS FOUND. Checked with the gym they add me with my mobile number so not sure what’s the issue that wont let me log in.

Shocking App
Does not do anything except crash
Very poor
Very poor app - had a problem since day 1 and have used the report a problem function to try and resolve this as there is no other way to make contact. The report a problem function is pointless as no one responds so you can’t solve the problem anyway.

I’ve been advised to download this app by my local gymophobics. However, as soon as it sends me a sms code it crashes. So there’s no way to add the code. It makes you start over and just crashes again and again. Totally pants!!
