Can’t even use the app as theres always an issue with the login from Clubworx’s end! Fix your app you incompetent fools.

Unable to log in
Created a complex username and password as directed, however… not recognised. Tried multiple times using a password manager to prevent errors… but still won’t allow me to log in. I don’t know if the actual app is any good… because I can’t log in.
Easier log in
Would be helpful to allow Face ID to be used to log in after first initial sign in to make it quicker on each sign in and not having to remember PW and username. Also would be great if suspensions to membership can be shown on the account as well

Created a username and password for me but can’t actually use it saying there is an error.
Created over 10 passwords to make sure I was spelling it correctly and wasn’t going by insane, turns out I was right.

This is the worst app I’ve ever used!
Not once has this app worked as planned. It’s as if the person who designed the app has never used it! You can’t book the classes you want. You have to purchase a membership first and that doesn’t even work without someone intervening in the back end from the club admin. I can’t even add an additional account and when I try to, I can’t even go back to the previous screen. I have to delete the app and then reinstall it to get back to the previous screen. This is not an intuitive app at all and makes booking classes for my family a stressful ordeal when it doesn’t have to be. No other way to book online either. Highly dissatisfied and wouldn’t recommend to anyone. If I could select less than 1 star I would. Zero stars from me.
