Outgate error
Since updated the app it not allows you to enter empty containers information. Every time need to call remprex to outgate an empty unit. Its really frustrating.
does anyone maintain this app?
for months now loads going to Quebec wont be accepted on the app with the same error every time, calling to ingate can take up to 50 phone calls before someone answers, but im sure whoever reads this doesnt even care.
Not being up to date
Sometimes it is not update to show the current situation of loads and shows some errors like; not billed yet while it has already billed; pick up not found in inventory.
App functionality
I can’t use the option at top, the triple line option, the back arrow and X option in the app. That’s only problem I have with this app.
Date and time error
Oye MR IT GUY, Every time trying to type time in, it shows an error, in the following format which is not correct factually or logically. Check below in eastern canada

app doesnt work
I have had to use the kiosk every single time, even when i plan a load in the app it doesnt work for ingates.
now im trying to update the mandatory training and it wont even let me log in, cn doesnt give you any other option than the app

Why no QR scan ?
I wonder what is point of it when check in if no QR code scan or number to enter no need to go through everything and give us like location map shows stuff like that make app real express not just enter details
Not working
For pickup only, app does not ask or allow driver to enter chassis number and obviously at gate it doesn't work afterwards.Did everything on my end like installing app again, updating phone etc. Please fix. its headache more than connivence. PLEASE FIX.
