Would love to give a better review but I can’t even make a car payment cause my credit card is 2026 , only option for me is 2018-2025 . Plz update your app and fix this madness and maybe we can conduct better business and your reviews will change 💯
Doesn’t work
Can’t use the app or the website. Do better if you want your payment in a timely manner. This would be a huge help to those who prefer to utilize this app.

App NEVER stays up & runny !! always down and running slow . Even if you try to go to website , that acts up too
Expiration year needs to be updated
The “Add a Card” needs to be updated to for years 2026, 2027 and probably further. You can’t add your card to pay your bill.
Payments
They always trying to get people. I was told that after I made a payment and had a The deferment payments made all the way up till next year they still want to call and ask for that same payment. And look back at paperwork work it states I wouldn’t have to start making payments until next year. Even knowing that they still owe me $173.20 that they keep saying they reimbursed me and my bank account dose not see anything. I even asked for them then to take that payment and add to what is owed they wouldn’t do that. So they pretty much took my money they owe me and will not return it. I am starting to fell like they are scamming me and during the holidays they want to make things worse by calling none stop.

The app won’t let me sign in
Won’t load my account keeps saying the account has already been made fix the app so people can use it.

Unable to sign in via Facebook, so I can’t access my account without having to jump through hoops.
Useless
It is easier and more efficient to just go to their website. You literally can’t do anything with this app.

Doesn’t Work
I can’t access anything within this app. I’m continually receiving emails to download and pay easier, but I can’t even log into it. Very frustrating.

Downloaded the app signed in and that’s as far as I got. Only info in the app is my name old address and old email nothing else, deleted it garbage

Doesn’t show you how much you actually have left to pay. Just shows you the same balance from the beginning. Even though I’ve been making my payments on time every time. There’s no payment history. Nothing. What’s the point of even having an app??

It’s crazy they have the app for you to be able to make payments and what not but majority of the time the app doesn’t even work. And don’t call on cause then they gone try and charge you another $2 processing fee on top of what you already paying. Oh and they automated system tries to get you too!!! Tried to get on they website and make a payment and couldn’t even do that!!! Then when I finally spoke to somebody and explained what happened I was told they had to “get approval” before they could waive any fees.....HAAAA!!! They don’t mind calling you before the sun comes up though looking for their money. Don’t even give you time to get up and actually try to make the payment. If you gone have an app for your customers so they can pay their dues you can at LEAST make sure the app ACTUALLY works

This app is definitely a joke just like their cars and service. The app stated I was late on several payments. I never was late not one time. Called them to inform them of this and was just brushed off.

I was reading the reviews before getting this app & was hesitant. I downloaded it anyways despise the comments, and it worked just fine for me. Fast, easy, and simple! Maybe try it again now for those it didn’t work out for.
