Love CNN news. Recently added to AppleTV. Streaming live, of course there are commercials. Commercials are fine but there’s only one commercial. SIX IDENTICAL COMMERCIALS IN A ROW! Please try for some diversity.

You pay. Except for the titles you have no access to any news on this App. Watch it on television. I have deleted the App on my phone. We many and much better choices.
Too many commercials for their own shows.
I like CNN, however, when I try to stream on their app, there are sometimes when I have to sit through five minutes of commercials for their own shows. Please cut back on the amount of self promotion and get down to the news and commentary. That’s what I’m paying for.

Happy with service
Initially had an issue with fire stick freezing on CNN splash screen but issue was quickly resolved the next day after posting a review with my concern. App has worked consistently with no issues
Subscription Issue
I have a subscription. I am logged in. Its blocking me from reading articles because I have reached my “free” limit. When I click the alert it already tells me I have a subscription.
Doesn’t work good on TV
App works great on my iPhone but the ads on the TV are CONSTANTLY getting stuck. I’ve tried everything and still gets stuck. I mostly subscribe to watch on my TV. Please fix this 🙏🏽

Despite having to slog through ads, CNN still charges to read their new stories. Why pay for lower quality when the superior AP app is totally free?

I can’t find any way to access my saved articles. The Account section in Settings is completely blank, and there is no Sign In option. I’m using the latest version of the app in South Korea. Is this a bug or a regional limitation? Please fix this issue or make it clear where users can find their saved articles.

The ads are insane
The ads are like 4 mins long. I also can’t watch cnn live which was the whole purpose of me getting the subscription

I’ve been using this app for many years. It wasn’t a free app in the beginning and shortly after the purchase it became free. That was only mildly irritating but this new business is the final straw. “You’ve reached your free article limit.” AP news is just as good if not better, hope you all make all the money your board is looking to make.

Pause doesn’t work
I pay $6.99 a month for this app because Fubo does not have CNN and I do not have cable. When playing back any of the shows under Shows & Films, A-Z (which essentially houses all of their shows), you still have to watch ads even as a paid subscriber—but worse, if you hit pause, when you come back even two minutes or less later, the app has closed you out of your paused program. You then have to reopen it, find again the show you were watching, and fast forward to the point where you left off. If that weren’t bad enough, you also have to re-watch all of the commercial breaks until you get to your paused spot. I really hope they will fix this.
