So easy to use !!!

I have knows about this app for a couple of months now, I already ordered once! It was super effective and clear ! I received everything according to the time of the delivery that I chose ( 30-40 days but I chose this delivery time on purpose) ! On top of that customer service is quick and very efficient. Every time I contact the Ai agent and ask it to do anything that is slightly demanding, it says that it can’t generate a reply at the moment, and then I will get put in queue for a real agent, but I never get connected, even after waiting long.

Do not buy on this app

You have to buy a first time the items, therefore they will receive your package in their warehouse so that they can take pictures and prepare your package, this takes about 4-5 days. Thus, you’ll have to pay a second time to get your package out of the country, and it will be a way too extensive and slower than you’d probably think
