Error message upon setup
When I try to sign up and submit a phone number for verification, the following error message pops up: "User pool does not exist."
Please fix this-- we really need a good alternative to the rideshare monopolists.

I love the idea of this app. The rides I've had have been with very kind and competent drivers, but unfortunately the app no longer works. I cannot get past the phone number verification. Please fix the app so all the many people that want to support co-op owned businesses can!
Automatically resetting.
When i try typing destinations and origin, the screen resets every time, forcing me to retype after i already did that. There are the issues of no rides available, not enough recruitment. These issues still need to be addressed. I lile an alternative option, but fix these please.

So now the app tells me no user pool exists. I cannot use the app anymore. I tried getting customer service to offer me an explanation, but they never responded after 2 days.
I’m deleting this app. A great idea with no execution or support.

User pool does not exist
I can’t get past the phone number text verification request. When I enter a phone number I get an error saying user pool does not exist. Maybe because my phone number is not an NYC number? I would like to be able to use this service when I’m in town but it seems like that won’t be possible. I fully support this initiative though.

Accessibility options don’t work
There is no way to scroll down to see all of the accessibility options and confirm them. I can’t take a ride with my wheelchair.

Great Idea but unable to use
I like the idea of having an alternative to Lyft and Uber but I’ve tried a few times to set up this app an each time it’s failed and the screen simply turns white and unresponsive. I don’t know what’s going on but these issues need to be resolves if this idea is going to be effective in any way.
Needs accessibility option
This app seems like a cool idea, but there’s one big issue- when you sign up, the app asks if you have accessibility needs. If you say you do, and tap what applies to you, there’s no option to continue with accessibility. There’s only an option to continue if you don’t have accessibility needs.

After successfully providing my card details clicking on the continue button does nothing.

It keeps telling me that the sim code they are sending me is incorrect…it’s the exact code

Great user interface that’s easy to use — big improvement from the previous app. Love the concept and hope it continues to grow!

Tip
My company uses this service when working overtime. I am using for myself for the first time and I recently discovered how the tip option works. You have to go into your profile and select the default gratuity percent or choose other to set a customized amount. I don’t see any other way. Hope this is helpful.

Best Ride Share Service
Cheaper and more reliable than Uber and Lyft. Drivers get paid much better than with Uber and Lyft. This is better than Uber and Lyft in every way.
Good driver, pricing is worse that uber/lift
The drivers are friendly but the pricing is not transparent. They dont honor the quoted price and they dont give explanation when your final bill blow up to almost double.
Simply the best.
Must have if available in your area. The best decision you’ll make all day every time you use it.
Scam
This company scammed me. When I pre-booked my first ride they gave me one price, after the ride ended I was charged double. They did not honor the price I was initially quoted when I pre-booked with no explanation why the fair changed. Bait and switch tactic used here. When I tried calling the company to get an explanation no one picked up. Unless you want to get scammed stick with lyft or Uber, at least you pay what you are quoted. Co-op should not be in business with these types of business tactics.

App doesn’t load
5 stars for the concept, 1 for the app which is required to get a ride.
Good idea, needs work
Really like this idea and want to support the local drivers, but every single time I’ve booted up the app it’s been considerably more expensive than Lyft or Via. If it doesn’t need to be less like you advertised, but at least make it comparable.
