I can login thru the internet but when I try log in using the app says my info is wrong even though I’m using the same exact information on both
I love CoastHills Mobile app
I love the Coast Hills app because it's super convenient, very easy to deposit checks, pay my credit card, etc. But I also love going to the credit union because the people are wonderful 100% of the time.

Really easy to navigate and use! Easy to transfer money between accounts and view all transactions.

I love everything about Coast Hills the representatives even when you call her extremely polite and patient

Although I like this bank, the bill pay on the app has not been functioning since I moved to this bank and started using the app.
Sleek and Modern
Only issue with it is the lack of Zelle integration. This version is much better than previous versions of the app though.

Best Bank Ever
I've had the best experiences with Coast Hills. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. The banks are always clean, with a vibrant atmosphere. Between Dianna and Leanna at the Arroyo Grande branch the two are amazing, caring, detailed and very communicative. Leanna got word from my son a member as well that I had a major elbow surgery and she had the quality to send me a get well card. So appreciated and thankful for such a wonderful experience.

You ask too often
I can’t tell you how annoying it is to be working on an app and have it constantly be wanting me to review it and rate it. It’s an app. I just use it. I don’t want to rate it. I don’t want to star it and I don’t want to write a review of it.

No user friendly
This application need to give the user more control and give ability to do anything from the mobile app. The user should be able to check any account statements in PDF formats ranging in 3 year history as well as ordering credit card, adding joint members to accounts and applying for loans.
This bank is way far behind on the technology aspect compared to other institutions.
