Don’t download

Don’t get this app , invested $500 then all of a sudden the company going out of business. Won’t return any of my money , surprised the app is still up with everything that’s going on.

CoinLoan no longer a hot wallet?

Not sure how long this has really been an issue but for at least the past week I’ve noticed there is literally NO functionality allowed for the CL wallet anymore. I can’t even deposit crypto if I wanted to, just gaze at what’s already there. A rep had even blatantly told me via support chat this company wasn’t providing loans as their name even suggests. Call me crazy but I think the most minimal changes can break an app and it’s trust with stakeholders far too easily.

Good app for interest accounts, but

I don’t know how I fully trust this app. Yes it could be legit, but with every newly app or company that gives you interest comes with risks. This app doesn’t support FDIC insurance, although they do say that your crypto is insured up to 100 million from bitgo. I don’t know how reliable that is, but with that I continue to use them. Though with small amounts, anyone will still be at risk when using this app to put money in. Take it with a grain of salt, don’t put money that you are willing to loose.

CoinLoan is a SCAM or TRAP.

BIG SCAMMERS DON’T DEPOSIT MONEY. USE MORE REPUTABLE INTEREST ACCOUNTS. They tell you all about their interest rates and give you instructions to wire them money, but never include in their instructions that your money doesn’t earn interest unless you transfer it AGAIN to an interest account.

Speedy customer service got back to me same day

I forgot to export my 2FA keys from my old phone and I thought my money was lost forever by thanks to their customer service in about 5 emails and a Face ID later and I was back in my account.

Misleading Advertising

This Defi Application advertises that there is no lock up period for assets stored in the flexible interest bearing wallet, but there is a lock up period. They only release assets to their respective owners at 14 UTC everyday. So if you request your assets at 14:01 UTC you’ll have to wait a full day for access to your assets. The Nexo defi app provides access instantly at any time of day, CoinLoan does not.

Digital Assets are providing an age of instant settlement of assets. Platforms that do not provide this to their customers will fade away.

We insist there is indeed no lock-up period on Interest account deposits - customers can withdraw funds at any time and receive interest for the number of days funds were on the Interest account. Similar to your example with 14:01 UTC, we can say that your withdrawal will be processed within a few minutes from making a withdrawal request in case you make it at 13:55 UTC. Easy to use and security focused

I’ve used this app for 6 months, I love the interface and the ease of use. This is where I park all my stable coins at the moment. They also have great security so I have peace of mind with my crypto.

Entirely Underrated

CoinLoan has been the simplest way to quickly earn interest on my crypto.

The free and unlimited withdrawals/deposits plus the APY rates make this my preferred platform. Taking out a loan is seamless and fair — no fine print or hidden fees.

Customer service is always responsive and helpful. 👍

I Love It! But...

It would be a 5 star if Shibu was able to be staked in the interest account. And if you can add referral code because no one ever wants to sign up with the link you give them. They download the app and you lose your referral bonus. Also Please add Shibu!!

Awesome Platform

I have been using CoinLoan a few months now and it’s by far the best platform for earning interest on your BTC, ETH, LTC and more, deposit are fast and the withdrawal are more or less the same.
You can also rely on customer support for help, live chat or email. Quick response and their very helpful. It’s the best choice I made.
Put your coins here and watch it grow.

Best Crypto Interest App

I’ve been using CoinLoan for several months after trying many other interest accounts, and coin loan is the only one I use now. The interest rates are best in the industry, withdrawals are fast and pain free, and support is excellent.
