Login Issue After Mandatory Update
I started the mandatory update on the Coin MENA app, and now I can’t log in. It’s really frustrating. I’m able to receive emails, but I’m not getting any verification codes on my registered mobile number—even after trying multiple times. Please fix this issue.

I add some funds through my Binance Account. But amount deducted from my binance account and never add in coinmena account. Now how i can add funds and start trade my first deposit already kept

Not as I expected
Easy to buy altcoin , regulated in UAE which is good but not practical deposit or withdrawal, you deposit and then you need to follow up with customer care which is totally showing something wrong with the automation development in the application. Overall it’s good but I hope they focus on this issue and developing more options like reports , accurate history, etc . All the best .

Horrible KYC
The verification process is awful, hence I didn’t proceed and I won’t use it! My country was not on the list (shocking) and when I emailed them, they asked for documents over email, I did, then they asked me to have an online verification, that didn’t work, and when I emailed them back, they replied with the same previous email!

I tried to activate my account, and they listed some requirements. I submitted all of them, but one requirement seems unusual—they require the residence to match my name. I live in my father’s house, so I cannot activate my account since the residence is not under my name! I cannot trade or sell !!
