This update makes syncing and logging more dependable. - Your dashboard now refreshes on its own after every sync, so today's numbers show up without a pull-to-refresh. - The food log handles weak connections properly. If a day can't load you'll see a retry button instead of a blank form, and nothing you've already logged can be lost. - Been away from the app for a while? Your workouts and heart rate now catch up the moment you're back. Nothing gets skipped. - Stand hours are now measured correctly. Apple Health may ask once for permission to read Stand Hours: that's this fix. - The sync switch in Settings now truly pauses syncing until you turn it back on. - Smaller accuracy and reliability fixes throughout.
