Useless in several regards
First, stores show as closed (and that means ineligible for order ahead) as late as 1pm; opening is 11am. Second, gift card storage is useless: balance is NOT accessible! Present icon on left of the GC asks if you want to delete; garbage can icon on right is obviously same. No indication of how pts are earned or what they mean. Do better!

Incorrect Delivery Orders
I don’t order ice cream often so to get the wrong flavor is irksome, and the app has no way to report the problem.
Also, the app doesn’t allow you to just look at the menu without first clicking ordering.

Reward Coupons Do Not Give Expiration Date
No expiration dates seem to be given for rewards. The offer says “expires in 14 days or when received” but does not list the date of when received either.
Rewards Points Don’t Increase
I buy through the app regularly and the points never increase. I received a message from them to uninstall and reinstall it and that worked.
But now it continues to not accrue points from my non app purchases where I give the cashier my phone number. I deleted and reinstalled it again and now it won’t let me retrieve my password. When you request a pwd reset it freezes up.
Also the app doesn’t give you a reliable estimate of the calories in each item. It only provides a wide range of calories.

App updates endless ly
The app updates, then minutes later it updates, later it shows needs an update, then updates, then shows needs an update, then updates, minutes later it needs an update and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on ENDLESSLY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Updates keep showing up every few minutes
The app has been updating to asked to update for several days with the same update. Please fix this. It’s so annoying.
Update Everyday??
I’m not understanding, Everyday there is Another update and Everyday I do it Again. How many times does one app need an update? Apple doesn’t even update their own apps/products that often - and that’s saying a lot because they also have updates for at least one thing each day. But the difference is - it’s Not the Same app Over & Over Again Nonstop!!

Constant updates and failures
After an update, the app is always not updated. It shows updated and then not updated. It then updates the app and minutes later it is not updated. This has happened at least 50 times. Please fix.

You’ve been showing an update for three days. I have updated every day and it still wants to update again you have messed up your update this last time cause it won’t stop updating.

It says update I’ve done it like 200 times already and still 3 days later update still there fix it already I’ve done everything uninstall reinstall cleared app cache uninstalled all my apps on my phone reset my phone and nothing this is so annoying and embarrassing for a company that sells good ice cream

Non stop updates
For 4 days now the app is in the app store update list.
I update……and prompted again to update.

App keeps updating
Food and service is excellent! However, the app itself keeps updating even though I download it. Please fix that. Thank you!
Update Loop
I’ve updated this app a dozen times in the last two days, and it just keeps popping up to update. Stuck in an update loop!
Why does it give false information about things and telling to update every 30 seconds
Tells me to update like every minute I’m so close to deleting this app since it never works and lied about open locations and the are not I have to call the store directly or search google on my pc for it I’ve cleared my phone cache data and storage uninstalled reinstalled and reset my phone to heavy to clear cache and readd apps on my phone I frequently use like this but it’s telling update again and again on a loop

Buggy & Discounts never apply
When purchasing ice cream discounts are never applied properly. Poorly designed app.
Won’t let me add a payment method.
When I try to add a card it will just keep loading and then time out.
