Can’t even purchase
I am only a purchaser and it’s asking to verify my account. It’s asking me about my business website, I have none and there is no way to bypass that. Tried putting websites like eBay but nothing.

There's no chance ppl here are going to let a shoe go for retail that can fetch 3-5x on StockX or GOAT. What's the point of the app then, just to find bricks or average drops?
If there's a way to really make these sellers have to accept the offer at retail, you have a game changer and I'll be all in. Until then it's wishful dreaming

Stupid
So I already signed up for the drops app. I think both apps asked me a variety of questions. Long story short because I hit “I wanna resell sneakers” it automatically locked my account which I think is a bit much, although I collect my shoes, I do wear them and sell them aswell, in terms of being an actual shoe reseller I’m far from it. Another reason I think it is stupid is because you can simply make another account. I just wanted to put that out there that this app specifically, if you select “I wanna resell sneakers”, your account will get locked and will have to email them. I honestly don’t even know why it’s option, kind of frustrating and a way to lose people.

During our onboarding process, we ask some questions because we want to add new members that align with our goal. It sounds like you selected reselling for profit as your goal for joining SoleSavy. Reselling for profit doesn’t align with SoleSavy’s goal, which is why your account was locked. They Have Restored My Hope
This app is just filled with a bunch of good, honest people. As someone who has been using Tradeblock for a while, I can say that Tradeblock is part of what’s wrong with the sneaker game nowadays. Coming to Collect, I have traded shoes I have sought with zero care about resell value. If I like it, I want it, and I’ll trade what I can for them. Seems like the people here are like-minded folks. Also, it gives you the option to just sale a shoe, which is super convenient!
