Worked great!

I was able to call for a shuttle to pick us up after we got our baggage with no problem. Much quicker and easier than calling from the terminal.

Doesn’t work

Major bug. Like other people here can not get past date portion of making a reservation. Useless app at this point.

Not all features are working correctly

I used the app on 6/15/18 to request a pickup from concourse D at PHL. According to the app two buses were sitting at the lot and not moving.
After a waiting for about 12 minutes a bus showed up at the courtesy shuttle stop but it didn’t show on the app in the map.

I was able to scan my reservation to checkout.
