What’s the point of having the app if your buses don’t have it on make it make sense

Awful Jitney service. The Muslim men and foreigners that drive these jitneys are some of the rudest people I’ve ever met! I miss the old jitney drivers growing up always polite people. The Jitney Association should be ashamed of themselves allowing this type of behavior from its drivers. The App is terrible and isn’t accurate either

Great app.. when they’re on schedule
Jitney app gives a route for NW… and the shuttles are often doing their own thing. If you have the chance to catch the Jitney, it’s awesome! If not, might as well call an uber…

This App is not reliable at all. It does not show the Jitney locations very well. Last night it did not show a Jitney in route but there were many available. ???
