Notifications not working.
Notifications have all but gone. Since making the switch about a year ago this app is trash.

Colony bank online banking is HORRIBLE!!
Itâs Time To Switch
Itâs extremely embarrassing when you shop or eat out and the sales or waitress says they donât take Discover card, even if you tell them to run it as credit. Colony bank says call and we will get them to take Discover??? It doesnât work that way because Discover charges fees to the recipient. My card is up for renewal in February and if we donât get the new Visa card like the Colony credit card, we will be going to a different bank that doesnât use Discover. Itâs annoying and embarrassing.

Bad Debit Cards
I really like the bank and the people who work there but I donât like their debit cards they issue. Itâs a Discover debit card and there are places that wonât take it. Please change your debit cards

Colony Bank is a great place to bank. They are very friendly and knowledgeable.
Terrible
Wonât give me access to bill pay and Zelle. If I use the transfer feature, it takes days and days for the money to show up in the other bank account. Often decides it doesnât want to use face i.d. Chat support is unhelpful with bill pay/zelle; they tell me to disable pop up blocker. Which is disabled, but the feature still doesnât work.

Debit card
I will be happy when yâall change companies for the debit card. There are different businesses that I cannot pay with Discover. So I have to put on a credit card. This is not only inconvenient, it is embarrassing.
What has improved
I canât access my account half the time. Transactions appear and disappear. Canât access statements on the app. Appears someone sold Colony a bill of goods and customers are paying the price.
Update is terrible
The new update is terrible! I never get notifications as I once had. Yes, I enabled all the settings again. Balance does NOT update in real time! Seems like weâve went 10 years back in technology but with a new look.

âPlease refresh and accept disclosure to sign in to the appâ I get kicked out of the app and this message pops up every now and again. Help!

This new update is horrible!!! wonât let me sign in!! saying i have to create new password, tried taking that step and it wonât send the 6 digit code to my email to let me create the new password. the bank in town closes at 4pm which is way to early so i canât even go by there to fix the problem bc i work til 6pm everyday!! i hate the update! finding a new bank asap

Update has locked me out of account
My app wonât even let me see my bank account balance bc it keeps saying refresh app and sign disclosure but it doesnât let me get in to sign it. Waste of time and now I have to go to the bank and fix it which is the point of an app so I donât have to go to the bank!!!
Like other app better
I like the other app better. Old one was easy to use in my opinion.
