Schlecht mit App
Sehr schlechte Lösung mit der App. Funktioniert nur teilweise und der Akku wird leer. Im Oberdeck gibt es keine Stopp Drücker und der Busfahrer fährt an jeder Haltestelle einfach weiter ohne Halt. Lieber den kleinen Tourizug nehmen, der hält zwar nur an der Notre Dame de la Garde. Fährt aber die gleiche Strecke wie der Color Bus und ist mit 10 Euro wesentlich günstiger als das HopOn Ticket mit 23 Euro. Man hat das Prinzip von HopOnHopOff nicht verstanden.

Audio
Could not get audio to work at all so the hop on hop off bus provided transportation only. Even that was bad because our bus was always full so nobody could get on.
Needs work
Need to adjust the volume of the tour commentary and music on hold. Raised the volume to max to listen to the commentary and was barely able to hear. When commentary stopped the music blew my ears off. Another glitch, if you pause the audio, you need to shut it down and restart it.
Sehr schlechte Alternative
Es gibt keine Kopfhörer mehr! WIFI. Audio geht teilweise nicht. Im Bus gibt es keine Ansage oder Anzeige, welcher der nächste Halt ist. Keine Empfehlung!!!

So disappointed that the bus did not provide ear plugs! My husband does not have a smartphone & by the time mine loaded we’d missed three parts of the tour. It soon crashed - as did others- & we had to rely on the map only … expensive for a silent tour 🙄
Waste of money
Downloaded this app to hear commentary on a bus tour but it didn’t really work so it was money wasted. Just played the hold music between stops and then stopped. I think it played 5 of the 30 tracks
