Temperamental
This app worked pretty well when it was Umpqua Bank but now it takes forever to load. Often I have to remove the app from my phone and then add it back to get it to open. Please take the time to fix the issues.

Need to get rid of ledger on funds.No point.Just make things simple.So is the ledger funds a part of my available balance?What a useless confusing thing.Also takes forever to process purchases as they will show up not in order and doesn’t have a timestamp attached with purchases or deposits.for instance when i sale something on ebay and i select fast payment option in which the money should not take over an hour to transfer into my account.That is a major issue i miss about my old bank .The whole layout is much more confusing than any other banking app i have had .Money transfers might be the deal breaker.Way tooooooo slow . Ridiculous.

I find the AAP very easy to navigate. I like keeping track of my expenditures and it is easy to do.
Mostly great
The app is stable and easy to use for checking balances and seeing account activity. However for bill lay it leaves some things to be desired. If you need to change a bill pay date you can’t here. You have to do it from a regular browser. The only way on the app is to cancel a payment and then create a new payment. Overall it’s a good app.

Clean and easy app!
Easy to use, no electronic deposit.
Once you get in you can move around between accounts very easily. The main thing that would take this app up to a 4 or 5, is being able to deposit off a picture into chosen account. I’m not sure what it is called, I have it with my other Credit Union.
