Great camera
Great camera just on the expensive side to operate. You don’t get a very good multi camera discount. One of my cameras is on unlimited but to make it cost efficient you have to have others on a lower plan. I feel like if you pay for an unlimited plan you should be able to put multiple cameras on the same plan, not each camera on its own plan. Other than that, it is a good camera.

Loses signal constantly
It never fails, takes pictures a day or two, then stops.. spend a ton of money on these things between purchase and membership for it not to work

The Command app is easy to use, perfectly suited for its purpose and plenty of options.
Good in the day
2 weeks in field and the infrared lights stopped working, so all night pictures are blackout

Cameras don’t function properly
Will not send all pictures taken. Then some times it won’t even take pictures. Costumer services try to help but keep having the same problem. Pulled all 5 cameras and started using Moultrie Edge 3 cameras.

These cameras are amazing!! We have some at the cabin, the battery lasts for a long time, and take quality pics, highly recommend for the price!!!

Best cameras with the best plans
These cameras are the best. Wouldn’t buy anything else. Their plans are the cheapest with the most pictures for the price of the plan. Picture quality is best in class too.
Only reason why not 5 stars is because the other apps notifications, you are able to see the image by swiping down on the notification. This app you can’t. Still a best app.

Horrible condensation on the 360
Horrible condensation on the 360 camera tech-support absolute joke takes three months for them to get back to you and then they just keep sending you the same email after you explain what’s going on and then they wanna picture of your serial number of course when it’s in the field to 300 miles away. Complete garbage.

False triggers
I wondered how they could sell the camera so cheap I know now they program I think a bunch of false triggers so you go away over on your photo account I even had the sensitivity turned all the way down and talk to text part two it would be nicer to have a bit wider view also
Email change
Can’t change email without closing account and reopening a new one. That is total bs
Over all experience
So far so good, I really enjoy the pics when they come directly to my phone, a real game changer hopefully I can add more cams down the road
