Your app feeezes when I am trying to report multiple problems
Unusable
I am shocked at all the positive reviews. I downloaded this app specifically to report a problem with my sidewalk and it is useless. It slows me to take a picture of the problem and ping its location. But then it takes me to a screen to select the category of problem and it just freezes. There’s no list of categories and I can’t type anything in. I ended up calling the city and got the problem fixed in a matter of days. This app was useless.

Doesn’t work at all
Asks you to select a “category” for the issue you’re reporting, but won’t allow you to input type of problem and every simple search gives 0 responses. No wonder there are no issues fixed. Horrible design. Utterly useless.
No longer useable
This used to be a pretty functional app where you could quickly report issues. Now it just takes you to an overview of the city’s web pages. Good luck finding where to report an issue.
Terrible since the update
Used to be a great app, formatted like the original See Click Fix. Now it’s just another broken, useless app.
