Your app feeezes when I am trying to report multiple problems
Unusable
I am shocked at all the positive reviews. I downloaded this app specifically to report a problem with my sidewalk and it is useless. It slows me to take a picture of the problem and ping its location. But then it takes me to a screen to select the category of problem and it just freezes. There’s no list of categories and I can’t type anything in. I ended up calling the city and got the problem fixed in a matter of days. This app was useless.

Doesn’t work at all
Asks you to select a “category” for the issue you’re reporting, but won’t allow you to input type of problem and every simple search gives 0 responses. No wonder there are no issues fixed. Horrible design. Utterly useless.
No longer useable
This used to be a pretty functional app where you could quickly report issues. Now it just takes you to an overview of the city’s web pages. Good luck finding where to report an issue.
Terrible since the update
Used to be a great app, formatted like the original See Click Fix. Now it’s just another broken, useless app.

This app is awesome. City usually addresses any issues reported within 24 hours!

The old version was great. No reason to get this one. Has Boston decided that they don't want to hear from residents?

Has potential but buggy
Tried to submit an issue but every time I try adding subject is asks for my location in an endless loop.
Useful App.
I stumbled upon this at our town website. Easy to use. Great way to communicate to my town for questions or concerns and my town responds very quickly. I hope to see this application all over cities in the U.S.. Tax dollars well spent.
Awesome app/process
Great way to let the city know what's going on and what needs attention. Westfield, MA was awesome and quick to respond to both my pot hole concerns!! They were both fixed within 3 days!!!

It is great to be able to report issues to the city without having to waste my time sitting on hold or bouncing around between departments.

app will not login. Also says there is no support from the city to fix the pothole.

Response time
I sent in a report about potholes and it was done the following day, followed by an email telling me that my issue had been addressed. No complaints here!!!

Great Tool for any citizen
A great way to inform local governments about problems in municipalities. It also gives the towns and cities great information to solve the problems like GPS locations and photos.
