I’ve been using this app for about a year with very few issues and then randomly it decided to log me out and I can’t get back! Ive tried to change passwords, deleted & reinstalled the app etc and it won’t work!!! After reading the reviews here I see it’s a common issue!!
Can’t login anymore
Not sure which update has upset what, but no longer able to log in, it keep saying incorrect username or password. Tried reset the password and it works on web version, just not app…..
Keep away warning
Big on sale without support. Half way features. Frustrated user. Wish didn’t have to use it. If I could will give 0/5 stars.
Instantly logs me out every time
Every time I’m in this app and click on ‘community wall’ to read notices and body corporate minutes it instantly logs me out 🙃
Avoid if possible.
A very neglected app. Developers don’t respond to email or interested in any feedback. It’s a burden to users that are stuck having to use it. Not happy.
Security Flaw
After the users login credentials have been entered once they never need to log in again, either after closing down the app and even after re-booting the iPhone. Before rebooting the iPhone I deleted the saved credentials.
I had to delete the app and reinstall it to get it to ask me for login credentials. A serious fault.

Tried to check levy from previous year and app shuts down
Worst app I’ve EVER been forced to use.
No support. The forgotten password feature just sends you around in circles. Let’s see what a Judge says in the Court of Arbitration when he finds out that lot owners have been trying to pay body corporate fees but aren’t able to and are then having fines levied against their lot.
Crashes
I don’t know which bugs have been fixed but now the app crashes every time I try to open the community wall function. And it appears to have given my strata managing agent an excuse not to answer any questions.
