Huge Timesaver
This app has saved our employees significant time entering their time and expenses. We do not use the geolocation features, but the connection to ComputerEase for job information and the capture of expense information from receipt photos are life savers. These features make entries easier and also ensures that they are more accurate. The approval process is easy to navigate and intuitive. Overall the app is very user friendly while bringing significant benefits to our company as a whole.

Too many steps
We started using this app a couple months ago when the previous CE Time Entry app was being sunsetted. We assumed it would be as streamlined as the previous app or better along with more functionality. I realize the geofencing is helpful for certain companies so that’s a nice option. My biggest complaint from almost every employee in the field is that they have to get a code almost every day unless they use device authentication (which many choose not to). I cannot understand why an app like this would time out after 24 hours. Why not at least make it 36 so they only have to do this on a Monday vs every day. Most apps once you’re in it’s ready to go when you open it (unless finance which makes sense). Also, really wish we could turn off the sign/submit feature. More added steps we don’t need. We also get errors when trying to delete an entry. Also, employees cannot edit entries after we retrieve them which seems ridiculous. I’m hoping some of this is resolved in the future.

Poorly developed and tested
Very disappointed in the “new” version of the app. First round testing identified functionality in the previous app that isn’t in this one resulting in a very inefficient process for field employees. I’m surprised CE’s testing didn’t identify this. This and other inefficiencies have proven frustrating. If we had other options, we wouldn’t be using this.

Tracking
This app is definitely in the infancy stage. Why do you automatically turn on tracking each time I turn it off? Why falsely give us the option to turn it off. Then continuously annoy us until we leave it turned on.

Type * no longer has a drop down
Whenever I select the TYPE * drop down box there are no longer any options! I can not even create an expense anymore!! Please fix this issue asap.
Not working
In expenses entry, required expense “Type” drop down menu is not working, that makes this app impossible to use.
Expense difficult
So many issues with the “new” version. Drop down menu missing types of expenses. Constant “error occurred “ messages. OCR receipt capture only works half the time. I wish my company would change to a different app…
Newest Update Breaks Expense Type Dropdown
Exactly what the title says, our company has multiple devices that can no longer submit expenses. I also cannot see the type of previously submitted expenses. This seems to be a server side issue with syncing the pull down options or the entire field is broken somehow. On iOS 17.1.1.
Expense add button glitching
Every single time I try to press the plus to add an expense , I can’t add the expense because it’s not clicking or allowing me to click that expense button I have to tap on it a whole bunch of times before it lets me add it
Looses Photos
The app randomly drops phots from expenses. It would be nice to be edit a rejected expense vs starting over from the beginning.
Doesn’t work for iOS
I realize this is the first iteration but I can’t even create an expense without getting an error in iOS.
