I actually really like this app; it's pretty cool and amazing. Overall, I definitely like it and think the video feature should be kept, but there are a few things that could be improved:
1. Performance: Sometimes when I go back in and click on my diary entry for a video I already filmed, it freezes up. That definitely needs an update.
2. Pricing: The subscription plans shouldn't force a weekly charge or a high upfront annual cost. It would be much better to offer a monthly premium option around $5 to $10 (or maybe $6). Truth be told, in this economy people don't have the money to constantly pay high amounts for apps when monthly bills are due.
3. Video features: We should have the option to make videos bigger, save them directly to our phones, and easily post or upload them.
4. Security: The password or Face ID options should be flexible so we can easily switch or change between them.
5. Customization: It would be great to have more customization to make the app even cooler, like being able to change the app icon and choose different themes to make it
aesthetic, cute, and pretty.

Room for improvement
Good app, but pretty buggy, and missing some very useful features:
1. Sometimes it’s not recording when it says it is
2. If I’m adding multiple entries in a day don’t ask me to reupload pictures
3. Ability to turn off the bot, I tried it, found it uncomfortable (that it was analyzing my entries) and never wanna use it again

Videos don’t save right
I’ve used confide for years now and my videos can’t be played back… sad about that, but love the other functions of the app!!
FRAUD
I have cancelled my membership 10 months ago. Every quarter they charge me $60 to use their services which I email their team every-time and my bank disputes the charge. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP.
