Poor customer service
I love this app, and I use it often. But it has bugs. And everytime I’ve reached out I have gotten no response. Poor customer service, please do not neglect the people who use the app
No way to cancel
I haven’t been using the app. I have tried every which way to cancel and it’s not working. I haven’t used the app in months and there’s no contact to reach out to to get help.
So many bugs
I love this app, but there are so many bugs. Sometimes my video journals won’t save after recording because the app closes suddenly, sometimes the app won’t even load at all, and it kicks me out of the app almost every time i try to replay old video journals. i see their responses saying bugs have fixed but the app is always buggy. wish they could fix this permanently because it discourages me from using it.

Charged $99 Renewal with no Reminders
I used the app very little after the first year. I was charged $99.99 for an annual renewal on May 31, canceled and deleted the app the same day, and requested a refund immediately. I could not find any renewal reminder emails, and while the company states refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, I never received a response to my follow-up asking whether my situation was reviewed. Disappointing customer service experience.

Stop charges!
Canceled back in Spey when the update didn’t work. And now I’m getting charged. Cannot find a way to contact the company at all.
Not Good
I really liked the idea of this app. I saw it on TikTok and thought it was exactly what i was looking for. No struggle writing or typing my life out. But i’m disappointed to say i literally couldn’t even log into it. I opened the app and got stuck on loading for ages. I tried another (new) device thinking maybe it was my phone that was the issue but the same thing happened and i’m not about to have false hope. I am sure the app itself would have been good if only i could log into it. I don’t know if this is just me or a general issue but I hope whatever it is will be fixed in the future.

Will take your money even after you cancel
I downloaded the app, realized that you needed to pay money, and I canceled my subscription. Deleted the app and forgot about it. MONTHS later I get a charge, and they won’t refund your money. Just be careful
They overcharged multiple times
The yearly subscription is $39.99 but I got a charge directly from the company for $59.99. They charged me 3 separate times 2 months apart rather than a yearly amount. One of which was made after I canceled the subscription! I reached out and they said because the subscription is through Apple they can’t do anything about it. I called Apple and they said if it was an Apple charge that merchant name would say Apple.com but the charge said the name of the app. I have been going back and forth with them about this charge. It’s my mistake for not noticing the other two charges but I only want a refund on the latest charge made after cancelation and they are telling me they can’t

only thing, i don’t really care for is paying for this WEEKLY! $6.99 a week… i think is crazy! i had it before & had to delete it ‘cause that weekly payment adds up! i got it back because i felt that it really helped… so we’ll see how round 2 goes..

This app continues to be my go-to tool in moments where I am struggling. The amount of insight and healing that comes from talking to yourself is incredible and unexplored. #normalizetalkingtoyourself

Great App, But Glitching Lately
I’ve loved using Confide and think the concept is great, but the app hasn’t worked for the past two days and keeps glitching. It used to happen occasionally, but this is the longest it’s lasted.

This app is truly amazing. It’s helping me discover parts of myself that I never knew were there. It’s like my own personal (Therapist). I highly recommend this app for anyone struggling with mental health

I think too much. I get tangled in those thoughts, and then my whole life gets a little crazy. This is a perfect way to get my thoughts out of my head and untangle everything.

Back in here to complain about being charged AGAIN. THIS IS A SCAM. A SCAM. A SCAM
First of all, I don’t even know where this is going because I can’t find a website anywhere. I was charged $60 for this stuff and I can’t even login anywhere. And when I DID get in it says I don’t pay for anything and gives me nothing. This is poorly developed and I’d like my money back.

This is what i have been looking for
Everything is great, but I wish there will be more upgrade in the future about notification about prompt and widgets so I can easier to access to the app. Thanks.
I love the app
Absolutely love this app it helps me get rid of all of my anger and I share this with my friends. It helps us so well like when we have bad days when we get anxious from a sad when we’re mad I love this at five stars recommend

I really love it, I love talking about my feelings and it actually made me feel better genuinely
So much potential but bugs kill it
I really like this app, it’s structured well, and it’s very practical for people that are more inclined to record messages rather than write them, perfect for ADHD brains as reducing friction points make you more likely to undertake the activity (e.g. journaling!)
My concerns are that the app remains full of bugs despite other reviews raising these issues.
1. The app for whatever reason uses a lot of the phones battery. My phone quickly heats up when using this app, far more than any other app I have in my phone.
2. The app crashes. This can happen whilst switching between tabs, or a common one is when the recording is being finalised and saved to the calendar.
3. The app fails to load to automations. I set an apple automation to open the app at a set times throughout the day so as to journal but the app doesn’t loan upon being triggered thereby resulting in having to close the app and reopen it manually.
All in all, great idea and wonderful UI. The bugs however are killing its potential. I’d really like to see those fixed to continue using the app long term.
