Operating well. I been using this app one year +. Overall good. But however I 2 times bad experience. First one 11:30 shows 72 tickets available from Visakhapatnam to Chennai and within seconds all gone which become difficult for me travel from Vaio to Chennai. Second one After ticket not confirm by app n refund 3x which keeps only 1 week which is little unfair for some poor guys . Either return cash in account or atleast keep for one 3 to 6 months or till next journey.

The app is one of the cheating kind , when my booking is waitlisted nobody respond and no cash has been returned . And no way to talk to some one
