Frozen screen
You know I’ve had this baby monitor and app for some time now and given they don’t make them anymore is already a problem but now when I open my app, the screen freezes immediately and it takes forever to finally go to a monitor. The lag on this app is insane and of course there’s no update ready to fix bugs.

Randomly stops working almost daily
It is so frustrating to have the monitor pulled up on my phone throughout the night and then hear my baby crying upstairs, only to hurry and look at my phone and see that the app has randomly failed and crashed once again. How long has she been crying and I haven’t heard her? I am so frustrated with this app and the lack of customer service for this product. Such a piece of garbage.

Worst app I have ever used
I'm just the nanny so unfortunately I can't control what camera and app the parents use, but if I could this entire system would be in the trash. The fact that you can't turn the camera on from the camera screen you HAVE to turn it off from the home page is genuinely the dumbest thing in the world. And at least once a week this app causes my phone to completely freak out. It can't decide if it wants to be in landscape or portrait orientation and switches back and forth between the two so quickly you can't close out of the app. The only thing that will stop it is turning the entire phone off completely, and if I don't close out the app before opening it again it will start the problem over from the top. I have a brand new phone and none of my other apps cause this to happen. As a professional nanny, you do not need a camera for your baby, but if you truly feel it is necessary I would 100% choose a different brand than this one.

Something to Consider
The cameras work very well and have good functionality. The thing I dislike is having to pay to see the recordings. Since the cameras are typically used for monitoring babies mostly everyone would think it’s worth it. I don’t want some nut job watching videos that have been recorded since everything is stored online or on a companies server. Once it’s connected to your WiFi exposes your location which is not good. You really don’t know who is watching recordings from inside your home. Your families privacy and safety is most important which is compromised with these types of monitoring systems. Consider looking into different cameras with a DVR then you know, only you have the recordings. The cost for 1 year of paying the fees to view the recordings well exceeds a good surveillance camera system w/DVR. They are super easy to install. Something to consider for those of you that value your families privacy inside your home.

No Export of Data Available
I would avoid this app if possible. Between it being buggy, slow, and inaccurate you really could find a better app for tracking baby data and a monitor. I’ve had all sorts of issues and your tracking app is the last thing you want to worry about when you have a crying baby at 2am. I wish I would have seen a review like this before I put months of time into it.
Even worse, all my hard work in tracking data isn’t even exportable! I went to get the export and the best explanation given was that the app was down and there was no ETA on an export. All my babies data isn’t locked in that app now with no way for me to get it out in bulk. I check back again 3 months later, same story. Try Huckleberry or Glow Baby instead.

Eyes on the move
To be able to monitor the nursery, even when I am not home, is an entire new level of confidence!
iPhone 16
I love this app I’ve been using it. It worked perfectly fine for my iPhone 14. I got a new phone iPhone 16 and when I turn it sideways to look at a full screen view half of it’s black and the app freezes up please fix this.
Baby monitor
Love this baby monitor. Picture is clear. We take it on vacation with us never have issues with it. Been using it for almost 2 years now & no complaints. Pairs with Alexa, my Apple phones & tablets.
The only one for us
The app is great but has a tendency to drop off WiFi often. We’ve added a router and made sure that it has battery backup but still has troubles. It also has difficulty sharing to family members. That too drops off. There’s also a small creak noise in certain modes when it’s moving. 99% love it. Just a few technology glitches and mechanical noises but overall great for our new born.

Privacy violation
This company needs to be investigated for privacy violations. My camera will clearly turn on but show off on the app. I continue to turn it off from the app and moments later it will turn back on. Times when I knew the camera was off stills were found under the notifications.
Great picture quality but notifications are excessive and app runs slow at times
If you have the app running and try to view the camera the connection is lost. You will have to retry the connection. If it picks up anything over a whisper, it will notify you which can become annoying.
The 360 monitor does not work
So I can’t connect their product to any wifi and not only do they take days to respond they keep telling me to trouble shoot it and it does nothing!

“Say hello to peace of mind” no not really when it always says my device is offline but when I go in my child room it’s still on and I still get picture notifications that there has been movement.

…..one, apple product freezes (i.e it’s 1030am but the app is streaming 1015am)
….two, apple product keeps having seizures
….with both apple and Samsung products …we’ve been experiencing connectivity issues so we are constantly reconnecting the app to the WiFi
