Clunky app wasted time
I spent 20 minutes downloading the app and setting myself up, but the app is really hard to do on an iPhone because it doesn’t scroll properly and you can’t see that but you need to edit. Once I registered all my details I plugged in but was stuck on the waiting to charge screen indefinitely.
Upgrade more reliable
Connected Kerb upgrade at Dragon Road is now much more reliable, works first time everytime!

I have ConnectedKerb right behind my window, and I couldn’t be more pleased than that, because they provide an excellent service for EV cars owners 👌 who’s living in the apartments could have and drive EV’s . I am also thinking, ConnectedKerb is the most affordable financially charging cars company in the market 💷☝🏻🥰

Never any problems
The street hardware has never let me down and the app is extremely well designed. Very functional, user friendly with some powerful features (eg schedule charging). Super happy their charging points are in my street.

There are a number of bugs where the keyboard gets in the way of items that need to be selected making the app really hard to use.

I have had good experiences with this app, in the beginning I was not used to how it all worked so called the help line , they were very friendly and happy to help, I have had no problems since and find it one of the most reliable around the area I use in Essex

Hopeless system
I am quite keen to by electricity for my new ev but this was a complete waste of time. I followed all the instructions but the app refused to scan the qr code or accept the charging point number. Hopeless.
